I recommend people who are in colleges or budgets to live here. I enjoyed living here but due to my little family I'll need a place that's more space and something for my kids to hang out at. It's not bad, it's not amazing, it's nice and quaint. I'd bump it up if it wasn't for everything feeling like they were falling apart.

Before this unpleasant visit, we talked to the main office in person and over the phone multiple times, only to have them 'forget' us completly multiple times. We had an enormous mold problem near the front door that grew because no one would show up, and when it was 'fixed' the wood was replaced by a splintery plank that is risky to handle without injury. All this happing with new management already taken over.

I spent months looking through the entirety of apartments in San Antonio. Park Hill is one of the best apartments you'll find. Aside from the mailbox fence that was taken down, and immediately had our mail stolen, the apartments have yet to fix the swimming pools. We've been without a swimming pool for over 8 weeks. Everytime we've reached out to the office they state they're waiting on parts. Let's see how much longer the parts will take.
